Snapping hip syndrome

1-Pain and audible click in the hip with motion.

2-Pain is due to bursitis, tendinitis or synovitis.

3-Is due slipping of the tendon over bone.

4-There are two tendons causing snapping out side the joint and other one inside the joint.

5-The tendon inside the joint are Ileo-psoas (most common cause)snapping over femoral head or ileopectineal eminence.

6-The tendons outside the joint which are Gluteus maximus or tensor fascia lata.
