Anterior compartment

A)Contains three tendons and no ligament:

1-Tibialis anterior.

2-Extensor Hallocis longus.

3-Extensor Digitorum longus.

B)Pathology:

1-Trauma to Tibialis anterior resulting in enlargement of the tendon with abnormal signal inside it and surrounded by fluid.
