Infraspinatus tendon.

Infraspinatus tendon: The infraspinatus tendon is most commonly torn as an extension from supraspinatus tear (postero-superior cuff tear). The infraspinatus tendon is best evaluated on posterior coronal oblique fat-suppressed T2-weighted or STIR images (F. A second look may also be carried out on the upper axial images as well as on sagittal images.
