Tenosynovitis of the anterior tibial tendon

Tenosynovitis of the anterior tibial tendon in a 44 year-old male. The patient presented with a palpable mass and mild tenderness over the anterior ankle. Sagittal fat saturated T2-weighted (left) and axial fat saturated proton density-weighted (right) images demonstrate fluid-intensity signal surrounding the ATT,
distending the tendon sheath.
