POLPSA (Posterior labrum periosteal sleeve avulsion).

The posterior labrum (arrow) is torn from the posterior glenoid and displaced posteriorly. The periosteum (arrowhead) is stripped from the posterior glenoid remaining attached to the displaced labral tissue. The humeral head (asterisk) is posteriorly subluxed.
