Migratory osteoporosis.


Look to image a where you can find the right head and neck femur shows diffuse area of hypo intensity in T1 image, while the same area in T2 image shows increased intensity, this appearance is typical for transient osteoporosis.

It lasts for about 6 months, then it can be transformed to avascular necrosis, sub chondral fracture or heals completely.
