1-Joint complaint as general are:

Mnemonic S T O P  I T

S=Swelling.

T=Trauma.

O=Osteoarthritis.

P=Pain.

I=Infection.

T=Trauma.

2-Use the body coil.

3-Fasting 4-6 hours.
